Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced NMC Registered Nurse (Adult) to join our team as a Clinical Leader in Community Care. This role is based at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust, Leatherhead Hospital, and involves providing clinical leadership and supervision to a team of community Nurses and therapists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of community Nurses and therapists.
    • Work independently, able to plan own work, prioritising and being flexible to meet the needs of the service.
    • Plan and deliver education components of the service annual training programme across the community setting and evaluating outcomes.

Requirements:
  • • NMC Registered Nurse (Adult) qualification.
    • Demonstrable understanding of systems in health and social care that are wider than immediate role.
    • Community experience as a clinician.
    • Knowledge and experience of long term conditions management.
    • Understanding of the principles of governance, particularly in relation to community services.
    • Good computer literacy, including skills for using internal based communications and literature.
