Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Are you a skilled electrical engineer looking for a challenging role in the commercial kitchen industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our team at 3Sixty Resourcing Ltd.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and Oxfordshire regions. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and efficient repairs, and providing technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs and servicing of commercial kitchen equipment, including dishwashers, ware-washers, ovens, and food and beverage preparation equipment.
  • Perform planned contract maintenance and repairs, warranty checks, and installations of new equipment as required.
  • Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.
  • Manage van stock effectively and order spare parts as necessary.
  • Complete all associated paperwork and use electronic timesheets to track working hours.
  • Attend meetings and training courses as required to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements:
  • Relevant electrical experience, including 18th, 17th, and 16th edition certifications, HNC, NVQ, or City and Guilds in electrics.
  • Fault finding on electrical equipment is essential, with the ability to read wiring diagrams.
  • Gas experience is advantageous but not essential.
