Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Are you an experienced electrical engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for working with commercial equipment? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our team at 3Sixty Resourcing Ltd.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and Oxfordshire region. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical maintenance and repair services for a broad range of catering equipment, including dishwashers, ware-washers, ovens, and food and beverage preparation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs and servicing of commercial equipment
  • Perform planned contract maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct warranty checks and repairs
  • Install new equipment when required
  • Diagnose faults and ensure the most effective solution
  • Manage van stock effectively and order spare parts as necessary
  • Complete all associated paperwork
  • Use electronic timesheets on PDA device to keep an accurate log of working time, time in transit, on and offsite
  • Attend meetings and training courses as required
  • Maintain good customer relations and maximize sales opportunities whenever appropriate
Requirements:
  • Relevant electrical experience (18th, 17th, 16th edition, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics would be an advantage but not essential)
  • Fault finding on electrical equipment is essential
  • Ability to read a wiring diagram
  • Gas experience advantageous but not essential
