Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

Are you a skilled electrical engineer looking for a challenging role in the commercial equipment industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our team at 3Sixty Resourcing Ltd.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Engineer to provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients in the Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and Oxfordshire regions. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out repairs and servicing of electrical equipment
  • Perform planned contract maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct warranty checks and repairs
  • Install new equipment as required
  • Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions
  • Manage van stock effectively and order spare parts as necessary
  • Complete all associated paperwork
  • Use electronic timesheets to track working time and time in transit
  • Attend meetings and training courses as required
  • Maintain good customer relations and identify sales opportunities
Requirements:
  • Relevant electrical experience (18th, 17th, 16th edition, HNC, NVQ, City and Guilds in electrics would be an advantage)
  • Fault finding on electrical equipment is essential
  • Ability to read a wiring diagram
  • Gas experience advantageous but not essential
