We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Marketing Officer to join our team at Habinteg. As a key member of our Communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage our tenants and promote our services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and produce high-quality content for our print and digital communications, including news stories, features, and marketing emails.
- Manage our Facebook page and create captivating short-form content to engage our audience.
- Design and produce dynamic visual assets, newsletters, and standalone marketing emails using Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, and Mailchimp.
- Maintain our website and plan content to ensure our online presence is up-to-date and engaging.
- Brief and manage external service providers, such as photographers, videographers, designers, and printers.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to source information for communications and marketing content.
- Travel to gather stories from our tenants and attend meetings as required.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with experience in creating engaging content for various audiences.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience using Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, and Mailchimp, or similar design and marketing tools.
- Good understanding of website maintenance and content planning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment, with occasional travel required.
