About the Job

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Technician to join our team in Bristol. As part of our IT department, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and infrastructure. Your expertise in SCCM, Sophos AV, and Arcserve Backup Solutions will be valuable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  • Perform daily checks to ensure backups are completed successfully.
  • Support and install hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  • Investigate software issues and troubleshoot desktop, telephony, network, and printing errors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a help desk role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
