We are looking for a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Technician to join our team at Computerworld Personnel Ltd. This role involves providing technical assistance to internal customers via face-to-face, email, or phone, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hardware, software, network, and telephony support, as well as troubleshooting complex technical issues and escalating them to the correct members of the IT team when necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting Microsoft Office family of products and ensuring seamless integration with Windows 10
  • Troubleshooting complex Windows 10 issues and optimizing system performance
  • Managing printer and scanner setups across the organization
  • Configuring telephony systems to ensure efficient communication
  • Resolving application support queries and addressing user concerns
  • Administering Active Directory and maintaining user access rights
  • Basic Exchange and DNS/DHCP management for optimal network functionality

This role requires a skilled IT Infrastructure Technician with experience in the following areas:

  • IT Support and Troubleshooting
  • Windows 10 support and optimization
  • Office365 support and migration
  • Telephony support and configuration
  • Application support and development
  • Active Directory administration and security

We offer a competitive salary of £29,500 per annum, plus additional benefits, including 26 days annual leave, life assurance, enhanced sick pay, and a pension scheme.
