Care Assistant Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team as a Bank Regional Care Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents across a 20-mile radius, enabling them to get the most out of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor the delivery of care and contribute to person-centred care planning for each resident.
- Provide warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support to residents, ensuring they enjoy meaningful one-to-one time with carers.
- Record observations on temperature, blood pressure, and other important tasks.
As a dedicated and passionate individual, you will go above and beyond to support the wellbeing of residents. You will also be required to travel across the area, so having your own car or ready access to one is essential.
Requirements:- A background in care and a good understanding of elderly care.
- A Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care, a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry, and a C or above in GCSE English and Maths.
