We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Security Analyst to join our team at Lorien. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for driving security best practices and ensuring the robust security measures are in place to protect our technological transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, FCA, and PRA.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure solutions for cloud technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on security practices and standards, including PCI-DSS, UK Financial Services regulatory requirements, and ISO27001/2 or NIST.
- Implement strong authentication, authorization, and accounting controls using IAM/PAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Thycotic.
- Experience with directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Azure AD is highly desirable.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with security-related qualifications such as CISSP, CISA/M, or SANS GIAC is a plus.
- Strong understanding of IAM frameworks and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
