About the Service:
We are a reputable private healthcare provider seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Lead Theatre Nurse to join our theatre team at our private hospital. As a leading provider of high-quality healthcare services, we take pride in developing our staff and providing a supportive work environment.
About the Role:
As an Orthopaedic Lead Theatre Nurse, you will be responsible for:
- Performing scrub roles in consultant-led surgeries
- Working across a variety of surgeries, ranging in complexity and specialisms
- Leading the team and providing training and support
- Focusing on Orthopaedic Surgery
Requirements:
- NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- At least 2 years of experience in Orthopaedic Scrub in the UK
- Previous experience in a leadership/managerial role in a similar setting
- Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role
