Job Summary:

Talent Gateway is seeking an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer to lead our commercial and business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering our commercial strategy, driving growth, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial and business development team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate and structure commercial agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Requirements:

  • Senior Commercial or Business Development Experience: Proven track record of success in a senior commercial or business development role, with a strong understanding of commercial operations and business development strategies.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Experience in leading and mentoring high-performing teams, with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and drive cultural alignment during growth.
  • Financial Literacy: Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Skilled in negotiating and structuring commercial agreements, with a strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
