Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth and maintain the organization's rapid expansion.
- Business Development: Build and lead a high-performing business development team to explore and execute strategies to enter new clinical areas.
- Market Expansion: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance market position and drive business growth.
- Revenue Growth: Own and drive the revenue generation process to achieve significant growth.

Requirements
- Significant experience in a senior commercial or business development role, preferably in the NHS sector.
- Proven success in driving significant revenue growth and scaling businesses.
- Strong understanding of NHS procurement and tendering processes.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing teams with a proven ability to inspire, mentor, and drive cultural alignment during growth.
- Good financial literacy and skilled in negotiating and structuring commercial agreements.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, particularly within the NHS.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term key client relationships.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based at our client's office in Redditch, with occasional travel to client sites.
