About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Specialist to join our dynamic team at Everlinked Ltd. As a QA Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all concrete work adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and guidelines for concrete operations.
  • Conduct inspections and audits on concrete materials and workmanship at various stages of the project.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site teams to identify quality-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Analyze test results and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on QA protocols and best practices for concrete.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, technologies, and advancements related to concrete quality assurance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the civil engineering sector, with a strong emphasis on concrete.
  • Proficiency in concrete testing methods and standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
