Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with a strong background in concrete to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance procedures and guidelines for concrete operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and guidelines for concrete operations.
- Conduct inspections and audits on concrete materials and workmanship at various stages of the project.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to identify quality-related issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to project teams on QA protocols and best practices for concrete.
- Stay updated on industry standards, technologies, and advancements related to concrete quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the civil engineering sector, with a strong emphasis on concrete.
- Proficiency in concrete testing methods and standards (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
