Job Summary: As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our quality assurance processes related to concrete production and application. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all concrete work adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements, while also promoting best practices within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and guidelines for concrete operations.

* Conduct inspections and audits on concrete materials and workmanship at various stages of the project.

* Collaborate with project managers and site teams to identify quality-related issues and recommend corrective actions.

* Analyze test results and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

* Provide training and support to project teams on QA protocols and best practices for concrete.

* Stay updated on industry standards, technologies, and advancements related to concrete quality assurance.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)

* Minimum 5 years of experience within the civil engineering sector, with a strong emphasis on concrete.

* Proficiency in concrete testing methods and standards (preferred)

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
