Commercial Strategy Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Strategic Growth Leader to join our team and drive the expansion of our Nokē business in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing partnerships that align with our objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth across European markets.
- Analyse and prioritise markets, identifying opportunities for expansion and new revenue streams.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure strategic goals are met, collaborating with marketing, product development, and operations.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute business plans aimed at achieving sales targets and revenue growth in existing and new markets.
- Drive the sales strategy and lead the sales team to ensure performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
- Identify and pursue key accounts, developing tailored solutions for clients to maintain and develop long-term profitable relationships.
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team across different European regions.
- Provide regular coaching, support, and performance management for team members to meet individual and collective goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree preferred).
- Proven track record of leading business development and sales initiatives, achieving and exceeding targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Extensive experience in business development, sales, or general management roles.
- European Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of European markets, regulations, and industry dynamics, with experience working across multiple countries in Europe.
- Strong knowledge of technology trends, digital transformation, software, hardware, and emerging technologies.
- Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £150,000 per annum.
