About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Strategic Growth Leader to join our team and drive the expansion of our Nokē business in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing partnerships that align with our objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth across European markets.
    • Analyse and prioritise markets, identifying opportunities for expansion and new revenue streams.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure strategic goals are met, collaborating with marketing, product development, and operations.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and execute business plans aimed at achieving sales targets and revenue growth in existing and new markets.
    • Drive the sales strategy and lead the sales team to ensure performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
    • Identify and pursue key accounts, developing tailored solutions for clients to maintain and develop long-term profitable relationships.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development and sales team across different European regions.
    • Provide regular coaching, support, and performance management for team members to meet individual and collective goals.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA or other advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of leading business development and sales initiatives, achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Extensive experience in business development, sales, or general management roles.
  • European Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of European markets, regulations, and industry dynamics, with experience working across multiple countries in Europe.
  • Strong knowledge of technology trends, digital transformation, software, hardware, and emerging technologies.
  • Estimated Salary: £100,000 - £150,000 per annum.
