Job Title: Principal Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Analyst to join our team at Gain Theory. As a Principal Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by leveraging data analytics to optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and prepare data for analysis, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Contribute to the finalization of models, including data validation and interpretation.
  • Write results and implications, including sales effects calculations and ROI analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Lead by example, mentoring and training junior team members.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, and Python.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
