About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cover Supervisor to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and safe learning environment for students in the absence of the teacher.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes, implementing pre-prepared lesson plans to ensure students stay on task and manage any disruptions.
- Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to overcome barriers to learning.
- Collaborate with support staff to promote the safeguarding and welfare of all students.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with children, preferably within an educational or coaching setting. You will be patient, empathetic, and dedicated, with strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students in their learning. You will also have a strong understanding of SEN and strategies to support young people.
