About The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Worker to join our team in delivering rehabilitation and employment training and education support to individuals and groups within our CFO Evolution Programme.

Your key responsibilities will include providing advice, guidance, coaching, mentoring, and support to a caseload of participants, helping them to identify their learning needs and create action plans. You will also work closely with participants to plan training and interventions, develop relationships, and facilitate their progress to education, training, and employment.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and communities, working with a dynamic and experienced team to deliver innovative solutions and achieve outstanding results.

In terms of compensation, you can expect a salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including access to training and development opportunities.
