We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as an NHS Specialist Physiotherapist. As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services and promoting best practice within the musculoskeletal specialty.
Key Responsibilities- Provide training, education, supervision, and appraisal for staff and students across all musculoskeletal service delivery areas.
- Contribute to the development of professional practice and the transformation and evaluation of service delivery.
- Support research and innovation agenda.
- Work collaboratively with the Physiotherapy Clinical Lead and consultant physiotherapists to develop and implement clinical strategies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Diploma/ Degree in physiotherapy.
- HCPC registration.
- Advanced accredited training at masters level or equivalent.
- Accredited post graduate specialist courses/ training relevant to role.
- MSc within relevant specialty.
- Post-graduate qualification up to post grad diploma level in relevant area.
- Non-medical prescribing qualification.
- IRMER Trained.
- Injection therapy qualification.
- Competency as non-medical referrer.
- Qualified sonographer.
- Relevant leadership courses/ qualifications.
