Job Title: Consultant Nurse for Geriatric Medicine

We are looking for a passionate and skilled consultant nurse to become a vital part of our team in the Older Persons Medicine department. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and adhering to the organization's nursing standards. Your duties will encompass providing care for elderly patients, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout their healthcare journey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing comprehensive care for elderly patients within the department
  • Ensuring high standards of patient care and advocating for patient safety and wellbeing
  • Participating in continuous professional development and enhancing clinical skills

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with a valid Nursing & Midwifery Council Registration
  • Experience in geriatric care or related healthcare settings
  • Dedication to evidence-based nursing practices
