Job Overview: VANRATH is currently assisting a leading global law firm with the recruitment of a Marketing Specialist. As part of our comprehensive services, we are providing expert guidance throughout the application process.

Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting Business Development efforts, developing subject matter expertise, and managing various tasks related to directories, pitches, campaigns, and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Pitching and pursuits: collaborate with Partners and BD Managers to respond to RFPs and client requests
  • Project management and content generation
  • BD campaigns and thought leadership initiatives: work with Managers to deliver materials, content, and events
  • Matter capture and credentials: ensure accurate capturing of experience information and updates to marketing collateral
  • External communications: manage the client alert process and assist with various thought leadership projects
  • Directories: coordinate submissions for relevant product and sector groups
  • BD initiatives: support BD Managers and other BD team members

Requirements:

  • Three to five years' experience within a marketing type role
  • Desirable experience working in a professional services environment
  • Exposure to the finance sector is useful but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high attention to detail and commitment to quality
