New Business Insurance Broker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Insurance Broker to join our team at Southam Selections. As a key member of our fleet team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the fleet insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new fleet insurance clients
  • Negotiate competitive fleet insurance terms with leading insurers
  • Manage a portfolio of fleet insurance clients, from SMEs to large corporations
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for commercial vehicle fleets
  • Provide expert advice on fleet risk management and insurance coverage
  • Stay up-to-date on motor fleet insurance trends and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with underwriters to create bespoke fleet insurance solutions
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures

  • Proven sales experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills
