About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Leader to join our team at Aon. As the EMEA Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our core product solutions in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with Regional Leaders and Country Leaders to develop a sales strategy that aligns with the overall regional commercial goals and global revenue plans.
  • Sales Incentive Plans: Design and implement sales incentive plans in collaboration with Country Leaders, defining targets for Sales Managers.
  • People Management: Manage and grow a team of exceptional sales managers across EMEA, providing coaching and training to enhance sales skills.
  • Business Management: Forecast monthly revenue, manage contracted sales and pipeline, and establish best-in-class sales processes to minimize administration time and maximize client experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Analyze sales data to identify growth and shrinkage areas, and develop buyer personas to facilitate increased sales and a positive client experience.
  • Revenue Growth: Deliver predictable revenue and growth across each product line for Data Solutions, and continuously improve and optimize processes from invoicing to sales to reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management, including coaching and pipeline management.
  • Professional services/consulting/SAAS experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic plans.
