Project Manager - New Build Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Regional Building team in the North West. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of high-value projects in the new build construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Implement and maintain company strategies and policies
  • Ensure project teams comply with business management systems
  • Identify and resolve problems proactively
  • Review methods of working to maximize commercial profitability
  • Manage and support project team members in their personal development
  • Undertake annual assessments for staff
  • Seek and develop ongoing continuous improvement
  • Provide aftercare services to clients
Requirements:
  • CITB Level 3 Safety Course
  • Appropriate CSCS Card
  • Degree in a relevant subject
  • Professional Qualification (desirable)
  • Experience as a Site Manager or similar
  • Experience in a similar role (desirable)
  • Experience running new build projects above £10M in value
  • High level of leadership and management skills
  • Commercial and financial ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Technical experience and knowledge
