Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Social Worker to join our team at Connect2Socialwork. As a key member of our Children's Services team, you will be responsible for working with families and children to provide support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with families and children to understand their needs and develop plans to support them.
- Work with colleagues to provide a comprehensive service to children and families.
- Contribute to the development of the team and the service, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements:
- A recognised Social Work qualification, such as a Degree in Social Work or equivalent.
- Experience of working with children and families in a social work setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
