About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Wellbeing Programme Coordinator to join our team at Provide CIC. As a key member of our Essex Working Well team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our workplace health and wellbeing programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of workplace health and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring sound and up-to-date knowledge of best practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to identify and address workplace wellbeing needs, and develop targeted support packages.
- Liaise with employers and employees to promote and deliver workplace health and wellbeing awards and accreditation.
- Contribute to the analysis of programme data and production of reports, including Staff Needs Assessment Surveys.
- Support the development and delivery of workplace wellbeing events and training programmes.
Person Specification
Essential
- Foundation degree/NVQ level 5 (or equivalent) and other demonstrable work-based experience.
- Car owner/driver and ability to drive the Provide CIC Mobile Outreach vehicles.
Desirable
- Evidence of commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in health improvement, project management, and IT packages.
