Service and Support Technician

We are recruiting a Service and Support Technician to provide technical assistance to our clients across the UK. As a Service and Support Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on generators, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on generators to prevent downtime and reduce costs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Coordination team to schedule and prioritize service activities.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, including knowledge of engines and alternators. Time-served experience in a similar role would be beneficial, although not essential.
Our Benefits Package- A competitive salary, based on experience, between £35,000 and £55,000 per year.
