Nursing Home Service Manager

A reputable provider of elderly care services in Glasgow is seeking a seasoned Care Home Operations Director to lead their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
About the Care Home Operations Director Position
- Permanent full-time contract working 40 hours on day shifts
- Competitive annual salary of £54,000 per annum (based on location and industry standards)
Responsibilities of the Care Home Operations Director:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team, developing and implementing care plans, managing staff rotas, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be expected to:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered
Requirements for the Care Home Operations Director:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- NMC Registration as a Registered Adult Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
- Previous experience in a similar management position within a nursing home setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
