Qualifications Required: Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce, working towards or completed Level 5 in Leadership and Management

Experience in Years: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting within the last five years

Employment Type: Permanent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Manager to lead, manage, and develop a team of Residential Child Care Workers. The successful candidate will have experience working with children who have faced adverse childhood experiences and trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Residential Child Care Workers
  • Develop and implement care plans for young people
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support services
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure the well-being of young people
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services
