We're seeking a dynamic leader to drive commercial success and navigate the complexities of the industry. As the Ruminant Director GB, NI & ROI, you will be responsible for implementing a tailored commercial strategy for the Ruminant species within the region, in close alignment with our strategic marketing department and the broader organizational objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of technical and sales professionals, inspiring a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Your leadership will be measured by your ability to set and achieve key performance objectives, continuously monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed. In this role, you will report to the Ruminants Director Europe and Central Asia (ECA) and be part of the ECA Ruminants Management Team. Next to your commercial position, you will assume the role of Country Manager for GB, increasing market share within UK and Ireland and segments by leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence. We offer a competitive remuneration package, including base salary and bonus, with a good pension scheme. You will also have the opportunity to grow within Nutreco and SHV Group, and enjoy a flexible work environment with the option to work from home several days per week. Requirements include a Bachelor's or master's degree combined with relevant sales trainings, strong knowledge of sustainable animal production (especially in ruminant nutrition) in GB, NI & ROI & EU, and an in-depth understanding of business environments and sales financials.
