About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Linux System Administrator to join our team at 0201 CSC Computer Sciences Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our Linux infrastructure, ensuring seamless system functionality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level technical support on incidents and problems
  • Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality
  • Create, maintain, and utilize documentation
  • Assist in building compliance with processes and policies

Requirements:

  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Working to ITIL best practices
  • Desire to improve processes, looking for the root cause of a problem
  • Willingness to both share knowledge and learn from others
  • A proactive approach towards looking for risks and problems

Desirable Skills and Technologies:

  • Exposure to automation software such as Ansible/Puppet
  • Experience or knowledge of various Red Hat related products, including Satellite 6, OpenShift 3/4, RHEL/CentOS 6/7/8, and RHEL Atomic/CoreOS
  • Knowledge of scripting with Bash, Python, and/or Git
  • Experience of AWS
  • Basic understanding of CLI
