About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our team at HRC. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to vulnerable adults in Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote independence and encourage service users to achieve their own personal outcomes
- Accompany and participate in meaningful activities, such as community involvement and relationship building exercises
- Help service users access leisure and social opportunities
- Update care plans accordingly
