Care Assistant

Boclair Care Home, a luxurious private care facility in Glasgow, is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join their team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and serving
- Support residents with mobility and transfer needs
- Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and well-being
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- SVQ Level 2 (Health & Social Care) or equivalent qualification
- At least 6 months experience working as a Care Assistant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
