About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join their team at Sytner BMW Solihull.

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the Finance & Insurance department. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and growing the Finance & Insurance department
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of their obligations and are treated fairly

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager who has a strong background in finance and sales. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to lead and motivate a team to achieve their goals.

  • Strong financial and commercial understanding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Experience of working in a sales environment
