About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join their team at Sytner BMW Solihull.

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the Finance & Insurance department. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Managing the finance and insurance department to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager who has a proven track record of success in a similar role. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in a Business Manager or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong financial and commercial understanding
