About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Manager to join their team at Sytner BMW Solihull.

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the Finance & Insurance department. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.

You will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a clear understanding of their obligations and that they are treated fairly. This will involve working closely with the sales team to develop and implement processes to ensure that customers are fully informed and that their needs are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and sales, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

You will have a strong background in finance and sales, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.
