About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Controller to support the workshop manager in running an efficient and driven workshop at Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Bristol.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of workshop operations to ensure high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the workshop manager to develop and implement strategies for improving productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure that repairs are completed to a high standard and that customers receive a positive experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve workshop operations.
