About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Head of Quality Governance. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our quality governance team and contribute to the delivery of world-class care and expertise in our clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the quality governance team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services
  • Develop and implement quality governance strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of quality governance initiatives
  • Provide guidance and support to staff on quality governance policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality governance initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Significant experience of leading a quality governance team
  • Proven track record of delivering quality governance initiatives and improving patient outcomes
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of current NHS national policies, standards, requirements, and directions that relate to measuring and improving the quality and safety of patient care
