Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Quality Governance Lead to join our team at Barnet and Chase Farm Hospitals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our quality governance team and implementing significant change projects to improve the quality and safety of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality governance team and develop strategies to improve quality and safety
  • Implement significant change projects to improve patient care
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with NHS standards
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks

Requirements

  • Significant experience of leading a quality governance team
  • Experience of implementing significant change projects in an acute care setting
  • Knowledge of NHS national policies, standards, and requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
