Job Title: Training Administrator

Job Summary:

Minitab is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to support the development and delivery of educational services across the EMEA and APAC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end training administration support, including contract drafting, process execution, system management, logistical support, and customer feedback collection.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance processes, maintain customer information, and ensure timely processing of service bookings.

• Liaise with Sales Management to improve processes, participate in cross-functional meetings, and create reports and analytics as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of customer-focused experience.

• High school qualification or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in a training coordinator role is a plus.

• Proficiency in editing and updating data in Excel, maintaining schedules in Outlook, creating documentation in Word, and reviewing data in CRM.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
