Customer Service Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Leader. This is a part-time role, with a varied shift pattern including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading our store team, providing coaching and supervision, and deputising for the Store Manager. You will also be responsible for delivering great customer service, performing a wide range of tasks around the store, and ensuring the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. You will also need to have strong organisational and problem-solving skills, as well as a desire to learn and develop your leadership skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the store team and provide coaching and supervision
  • Deliver great customer service and perform a wide range of tasks around the store
  • Ensure the store remains safe, legal, and fully operational
  • Manage diligence checks and stock accuracy
  • Support the Store Manager and deliver a variety of HR processes
  • Build relationships and get involved in the local community
