Graduate Sales Development Role

Lidl GB's Retail Graduate Management Programme presents an excellent opportunity for ambitious graduates to develop into retail leaders. The programme provides a unique combination of on-the-job experience, training, and mentorship, enabling participants to build a strong foundation in retail management.
As part of the programme, you will have the chance to rotate through different areas of the business, including sales, logistics, and supply chain management. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of the retail industry and enable you to identify areas where you can make a positive impact.
Throughout the programme, you will work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide you in developing your leadership skills, including strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication. You will also participate in regular training sessions to improve your project management and time management skills.
We estimate that this role could earn between £26,000-£34,000 per annum, depending on location and individual performance. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including a company car, pension scheme, and discounted gym membership.
