Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a pro-active contact relationship with our established customer base, developing further sales opportunities, and driving account growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Providing first-line customer support and scheduling proactive calls to review accounts, advise on new features, and promote products and services.
* Processing contracts, configuring devices, and handling customer service queries on assigned accounts.
* Identifying and generating sales opportunities with prospective customers and converting them into appointments.
* Following up on quotes, qualifying sales leads, and data profiling and updating records.
* Monitoring pipeline and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
* A professional telephone manner and ability to engage with customers via phone and webinars.
* Previous experience in account management or outbound sales, preferably in a business-to-business setting.
* Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
