Job Title: Content Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our team at Informa PLC. As a Content Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the production of titles from receipt of content to upload for press.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process content for acceptance into the Production department
  • Commission external suppliers and prepare materials for them
  • Maintain up-to-date schedules and information on our database
  • Communicate with colleagues in other departments as necessary
  • Complete multiple tasks to deadlines
  • Check quality of final files and upload them for publication
  • Control schedules and budgets
  • Assess and code invoices for prompt supplier payment

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify errors
  • Experience with database management and MS Office
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
