We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate to join our Ownership Services team at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving sustainable business growth and developing innovative solutions to improve customer retention and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-functional project teams to achieve project targets within quality, time, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement new programmes to increase customer retention within the dealer network.
  • Work with regional teams to review performance of existing programmes and monitor performance against business expectations.
  • Benchmark regional performance against quality and budget targets.
  • Create and update quality standard documentation to support the company's ISO9001 qualification.
  • Act as a feedback channel for lessons learnt and potential improvements within the wider Ownership Services department and global regional teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a 2:2 in a bachelor's degree or a pass in master's studies, preferably in a business-related field, sales, marketing, or project management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think outside the box and contribute ideas to improve and advance our processes.
  • Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
  • Interest in the Luxury and Automotive industries.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive annual salary of £34,000 p/a, increasing to £35,500 p/a in year 2.
  • 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract).
