About the Role

We are seeking a high-calibre graduate to join our Ownership Services team. As a Business and Project Management Graduate, you will be responsible for managing projects and developing strategies to achieve sustainable business growth. You will work closely with internal teams and regional colleagues to improve processes and develop programmes designed to increase customer retention and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a multi-functional project team to achieve project targets within quality, time, and budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and revenue.
  • Work with regional teams to review the performance of existing programmes and monitor performance against business expectations.
  • Benchmark regional performance against quality and budget targets.
  • Create and update quality standard documentation to support the company's ISO9001 qualification.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a 2:2 in a bachelor's degree or a pass in a master's studies, preferably in a business-related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A creative individual who can think outside the box and contribute ideas to improve and advance our processes.
  • Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary of £34,000 p/a, increasing to £35,500 p/a in year 2, 27 days holiday per annum (pro rata to your contract), and an attractive pension scheme. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy other employee benefits, including a subsidised on-site restaurant and access to our Advantages scheme.
