Job Title: Finance Systems Manager

KennedyPearce Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Manager to join our team in London. This is a newly created role that will serve as a bridge between finance and IT, requiring strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Functional Lead for our Group ERP system, Microsoft F&O, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with country finance and IT teams to manage finance systems infrastructure, aligning with Group and Country strategic needs.
  • Manage a team of up to 4 people, based in India, providing guidance and oversight on ERP implementation and maintenance.
  • Assist with technical aspects of our Reporting & Consolidation system (Prophix), including interface maintenance between Microsoft F&O and Prophix.
  • Provide assurance that Group Finance systems are fit for purpose, ensuring best practices and controls across the Group.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials for Finance Systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with MS 365 (F&O preferable) and Consolidation & Reporting systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing offshore resources.
