Job Title: Finance Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Manager to join our team at Kennedy Pearce Consulting. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our financial systems, ensuring they are fit for purpose and aligned with our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as Functional Lead for our Group ERP system, Microsoft F&O
  • Group Finance oversight of the ERP in the Countries and implementation of Microsoft F&O across the Group
  • Managing up to 4 people (based in Indian SSC - Functional & Technical staff)
  • Close collaboration with country finance and IT teams to manage finance systems infrastructure in response to the Group and Countries strategic needs
  • Assist with the technical aspect of our Reporting & Consolidation system (Prophix), including maintenance of the Interface between Microsoft F&O and Prophix
  • Provide assurance that Group Finance systems are fit for purpose and ensure best practice and controls across the Group
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation and training materials for Finance Systems
Requirements:
  • Work experience with MS 365 (F&O preferable) and experience with Consolidation & Reporting systems
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing people (offshore resources)
