Communications Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Communications Lead to join our team on a 12-month contract basis in the Warwickshire area. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of £31.35 (Umbrella, Inside IR35).

As a key member of our Client Comms team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communications across channels for the successful rollout of new connected services. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to implement and develop global best practices for Connected Services.

  • Collaborate with technical and creative agency partners to plan and deliver automated journeys globally, establishing connections with other markets' Business Units.
  • Action edits and fixes to in-life content and journeys to ensure optimal performance.
  • Continuously test and optimize content for maximum engagement using path optimiser in SFMC.
  • Identify and manage risks and issues impacting readiness for delivery.
  • Support the team in executing the Client Communications Strategy to drive client engagement and revenue targets.
Requirements

To be successful in this Communications Lead role, you will need the following essential skills, knowledge, and experience:

  1. Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including content builder, data extensions, journey builder, automation studio, personalisation, dynamic content, AMPscript, HTML, and global market business unit integration.
  2. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Marketing Specialist Certified.
  3. Experience working with integrating platforms such as CRM, CMS.
  4. Understanding of Agile delivery tools and platforms like Jira & Confluence.
  5. Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  6. Experience working with creative and technical agency partners to deliver project briefs.
  7. Ability to effectively present data and issues to senior audiences.
Desirable
  1. Previous experience in ecommerce communications.
  2. Knowledge and experience of digital products and Connected Services.
  3. Digital marketing qualifications and experience.
